New Delhi: The Delhi Court on Friday fired the Guarantee Guarantee Application of Creator Neeraj Bishnoi, noting that the vilification campaign against Muslim women containing a humbleness and offensive material had communal nuances run on this application.
The Head of Metropolitan Magistrate Pankaj Sharma refused relieved that Bishnoi’s actions were insulting the dignity of certain community women and community harmony.
“The facts revealed that the defendant created the ‘Bulli Bai’ application where journalists and celebrities from certain communities were well-known on targeted social media and they were projected in a bad light with the aim of insulting and humiliating them with objectives,” the court noted.
Vilification campaigns against these women who contain insulting content and mention material that have communal nuances run on this application made by the defendant, note.
“The defendant’s actions appear to be an insult to the dignity of certain community women and society harmony,” said the judge.
Twenty-year-old Bisnoi told the court that he was not accused of having nothing to do with violations.
Advice for complainants who oppose the bail application, say photos of some of the leading Muslim women are learned for insulting purposes and make angry humility by making sexually colored comments.
This application issues details of more than 100 leading Muslim women that allow users to participate in the ‘auction’ of the women.
Bishnoi is a resident of the region drawn from the Jorhat district in Assam and is a B tech student at the Vellore Institute of Technology, Bhopal.
Bishnoi was arrested earlier this month by the Delhi Police Intelligence Intelligence Fusion and a strategic operating unit team from Assam because of alleged involvement in the BII Bich case.
A technical student from Bengaluru, a young girl from Uttarakhand, and one of his friends had also been arrested by Mumbai police in connection with this case.
