Armaan Kohli was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in August and together with several others in drug cases, was charged with several parts of (drug narcotics and psychotropic substances) NDPS Law.
Now, Kohli along with other charges has filed guarantees and hearing will take place on September 28.
Sources close to the case have revealed to Etime that NCB will oppose Plea Guarantees in court.

The source close to further investigation revealed that Siddharth Pithani, who was arrested in the case of Narcotics Sushant Singh Rajput, a bail has been rejected and he will live in prison.

Previously, NCB officials had revealed that they had slumped some peddlers and drug users in India under the operation of the Rolling Thunder.
More than 9 people have been captured in hard action and the number of large illegal drugs is also confiscated.
Meanwhile, Zonal Director NCB (Mumbai) Sameer Wankhede told Ani, “After the attack, the actor Armaan Kohli gave an ambiguous answer to the question asked by NCB.
He was then detained to be questioned at the NCB office”.
