New Delhi: Wrestler leading Freestyle Bajrang Punia, who hurt his knee last week during competition in Russia, would need another week to return to the mat, an Indian wrestling Federation (WFI) official said on Thursday.
“His knee injury is not so serious but still he will not risk returning to the training on the mat.
It will take a minimum of a week before he rises to the mattress for training,” WFI officials told Ivers Thursday.
