City: About 5-6 people, involved in the illegal transport of Bajri, struggling with Rajasthan police while serving in Gaita Circle in Itawa City on Sunday night.
COP has asked them about the reason to move at night.
The CCTV footage of the incident became a viral on social media on Monday night.
At least six people, two of them were historical sheets, ordered under the IPC section for attacks and interrupted government officials, however, no one was arrested has been captured so far.
“Pratapram, a police officer, posted at the Itawa Police Station served in a civil dress along with two other police officers in Gaita Circle in Itawa City on Sunday night when Pram Meena (45), Sheeter History, and 4-6 of his handled and struggled -Desus after he asks the reason behind roaming the circle at night, “said DSP and CO, Itawa, Vijayshankar Sharma.
The police were immediately saved by his two colleagues and fled injuries, the defendant escaped from the place and had not been arrested, he added.
The attackers were involved in the illegal transport of Bajri from the nearest river bed.
They told the driver of the Bajri truck on the movement of the police to facilitate the passing of their vehicles from the route, he added.
The police team had been populated to accuse the defendant, he added.
