Suresh Kumar directed private and assisted schools not to deny Hall tickets for SSLC students (Secondary School leaving) students under any circumstances, a personal assisted school in the Haveri district denied tickets up to 30 students on Tuesday.
The students, who were rejected by the Hall ticket to write their class X exam, along with their parents protested in front of the office of the deputy commissioner here on Tuesday.
This protest is supported by the Indian Student Federation (SFI).
The students protested by writing an artificial exam on the road in front of the office of the deputy commissioner.

Parents accused Mahatma Gandhi High School, a personal assisted school in Chikkerur in the taluk hirera, has refused Hall tickets to several students because they were not smart.
This is done to ensure good results for school, they accuse.
Even students who scored more than 70 percent in the previous exam was rejected by Hall tickets, and some turned out to even after paying test fees, they added.
SFI demanded action against the Principal and Block Education Officer (Beo) because he refused the student Hall tickets.
However, the authorities of the Ministry of Education stated that Hall tickets were rejected because of failure to pay fees and lack of attendance.
But the parents of the students firmly rejected this, and demanded action against school management to spoil the future of their children.
