Ludhiana: In the Election of Punjab Excise and the Tax Office Association, Excise and Tax Tax (ETO) Baldeep Karan Singh has been chosen as president after he gets 72 percent of the votes in the vote held online.
In other developments, two other Ethos Bhawnna Handa & Bharat Sharma have been chosen as vice president and Secretary General of the Association.
Baldeep Karan is currently posted on Mobile Wing Ludhiana.
According to a statement issued by the Eto Association on Monday “Election for the President’s post, Vice President and Secretary General of Punjab & Tax Office Association Successfully carried out on July 3, 2021 The President’s post was temporarily held by Bhupinder Bhatia, who was previously promoted as an assistant Commissioners and elections are scheduled for other posts as well.
Selection is done online under the supervision of the five member election committees to ensure free and fair selection where 90 percent of officers use their voting rights.
Baldeep Karan Singh, Eto secures 72 percent polling sounds and has Selected as President of Excise Punjab & Tax Association Amit Goyal, Eto as Treasurer and also points to eight other members to form an executive body.
In the first meeting, an intentional executive body over the shortage of reports of the 6th payment commission and decided on the future to demand the old sincere demands and to correct the injustice that the government was riding.
