BALLARI: Ballari District has received the first place in the state for the implementation of the National Rural Rural Guarantee Law scheme of Mahatma Gandhi (MGNREGA).
The district has occupied a list of listings in achieving targets under the scheme in terms of the generation of people, solving works in the specified time, and cleaning the transactions rejected.
More than 80% of the annual achievement has been reached in five months in the Ballari and Vijayanagara district by Ballari Zilla Panchayat.
ZP produced 88.15 lakh people against the target of 1.10 financial year crore on September 4.
ZP also provides jobs for 2 lakh families, including 2053 families have completed 100 days in this period.
It has been rated in terms of geographical tag assets by reaching a 100% target.
The works taken under the work guarantee scheme have been marked so far.
The district has registered 99% as far as distributed wages in the specified time.
“We focus on the implementation of mesh Shakti Abhiyan under Mgnrega to protect natural resources.
