Dhaka: Giving a strong warning to the perpetrators of communal violence, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said that anyone involved in the attack on Hindu temples and places of Puja Durga in Cumilla would not avoid the religion they had.
“The incident in Cumilla is being investigated thoroughly.
Nothing will be spared.
No matter which religion they have.

He joined the program from Ganabhaban through video conferencing.
The chasing incident to reduce the temples in Cumilla “very unfortunate,” he said that those who could not gain the confidence and trust of the people and did not have an ideology that could carry out such attacks.
“We get a lot of information.
We will definitely track those who do an attack …

“They must be found.
We do it in the past and will do it in the future too.
They must face legal penalties.
Exemplary punishment will be given so that no one dares to be involved in this type of incident in the future,” said Prime Minister, reported Dhaka TRIBUNE .
He also called all to work in unison and remained vigilant to stop his recurrence of a cruel act like that.
He said that people regardless of caste, credo and religion celebrate all the shared festivals in Bangladesh, added, “Religion for individuals and festivals is for all and we enjoy every festival together.” Hasina said the Cumilla incident occurred when the country developed towards the construction at full speed and it was aimed at inhibiting the journey of lifting the nation and creating problems in the country.
On Wednesday, tension erupted between the faction of the local population in Cumilla after news broke out on social media about the alleged dismissal of the Koran in the Puja Durga place at the Bank of Nanuar Digi.
At one point, the situation began to get out of hand and riots began to spread to a number of Puja places in the adjacent area.
The local administration and police were attacked while trying to set order, report Dhaka Tribune.
Similar incidents also occurred in various districts throughout the country on Wednesday night and Thursday, leading the government to use Bangladesh’s border guards in 22 districts with additional law enforcement officials.
There were reports about several people killed during clashes in Chandpur, while dozens of people had been injured in clashes or arrested by law enforcers in various districts until now.
On Thursday’s program, a Hindu community leader looking for government intervention remembered the information that some people planned to attack them during Goddess Durga’s idol immersion on Friday.
Prime Minister Hasina said they were aware of this problem and steps had been taken for this purpose.
He called the leaders of the Hindu community, especially the Bangladesh Puja Udjapon committee, to formulate a policy to determine how many Puja Mutans to be arranged throughout the country to celebrate Durga Puja – considering the constraints of security personnel to ensure the security and security of Mandaps.
He also urged the Hindu community not to consider them a minority and commit their religious rituals with the same rights enjoyed by other religious followers as they have known and grew up in the country and fight on the shoulder to free the country during the 1971 release war .
“We believe that those who are born in this country of land and who their children will practice their respective religions freely,” he said.
Highlighting the various steps taken by the government to lift the Hindu community, he said that the government was committed to ensuring the welfare of all released from caste, trust and religion.
