Indore: Bangle seller, whose attack on Indore has triggered a political storm, was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly making indecent progress in a 13-year-old girl while selling ware on Sunday.
The hood was accused of 25-year-old Tasleem aka aka Golu, has been booked under ACT Pocso and parts of the IPC 354 (Macestation) and 344A (disliked sexual jambs).
He was also accused of falsifying an identity card to hide his identity.
Tasleem has not been produced in court.
On the question of returning, Asp-East Zone-3 Prashant Choubey said: “No need to send the police and we may not look for him from the court.” The four accused of beating Tasleem was produced in court on Tuesday, who called them in prison for seven days.
The suspects – Rakesh Pawar, Vivas Malviya, Vivek Vias and Rajkumar Bhatnagar – were arrested on Monday.
