Lucknow: The responsible part in Bapu Bhawan was arrested from the golf city residence in Lucknow on Thursday to abuse a female contract employee sexually and threatened to stop it from service.
Women who complain work as computer operators in the office where the defendant is a responsible part.
The defendant was ordered on October 29 and arrested after the video became a viral on social media where he was sexually harassing women.
In accordance with the survivor, he joined the work in 2013 contracted in the office.
The defendant has harassed it since 2018.
“He has an evil design in his mind for me and I feel it in years I have worked there.
I was silent and avoided his progress because I was afraid of losing my job.
He used to continue obscene comments to me regularly, “He accused his complaint after that FIR was asked.
He also accused that for the past month, he became more courageous because of his silence.
“He made an indecent proposal asking me to meet him in a woman’s toilet.
I rebuked it on this and he threatened to stop me from the job,” he thought.
He also claimed that he then sat close to him and asked him to agree to his proposal.
“If you don’t accept my proposal, I will stop you from work.
I will ruin your life and you will not be able to show your face in the community.
I love you and want to marry you,” The defendant was suspected of telling the survivors.
Survivor said he was afraid of the courage of the defendant.
“I was threatened with being killed because he did not accept Yadav’s marriage proposal,” he thought.
Deputy additional commissioner, Central Zone, Raghvendra Mishra said that the defendant was arrested under allegations of sexual abuse, singing obscene songs or reading the criminal words and intimidation.
“We have submitted a case on October 29 and the probe was being carried out in this case,” Mishra said.
