City: Police on Saturday arrested a dance teacher (26) for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl several times in the last four months in Baran City.
His parents put forward a rape case after the girl was pregnant.
According to the police, when the girl complained of stomach pain, her parents took her to the hospital for a check-up where the doctor expressed two months pregnant.
After pregnancy, the minor victim fell on the situation of his parents to the dance tutor repeatedly raped him after the classes in the past three to four months, followed where parents on Friday reached the Mahila police station in Baran and submitted a accused case.
Survivor minor, drop out of school, stated that he had attended the dance class at the defendant’s house for about a year and alleged that he would hold him in class with a pretext of practical while the other girls left.
He also threatened him not to reveal action to anyone.
The dance teacher repeated the action several times in the last 3-4 months, he accused.
In a report by a small survivor, the police submitted a case under the IPC and ACT Pocso against the defendant, a resident of the Kawai Police Station area in the district on Friday and acted on charges on Saturday, said SP Baran Vineet Bansal.
Medical examination has been carried out on a small survivor and his statement below section 164 before the judge will be recorded on Monday, he added.
Further interrogation with the defendant in this matter, he said.
The defendant will be produced before the court on Sunday, Sho at the Mahila Police Station, said Baran Lacchiram.
