Bengaluru: The 13th Bengaluru International Film Festival (Biffes) will be held from March 3 to 10, after a two-year break.
This will be inaugurated by the Chairperson of the Bukavaraj Bommai Minister.
Karnataka Chalanchitra Academy dedicates the event to Covid Warriors and frontline workers.
As many as 200 films of around 55 countries will discrete through three cinemas – Cinemas PVR, Orion Mall; Dr.
Raj Bhavana, Chamarajpet and Suchitra Cine Academy, Stage Banakakari II.
“We cannot arrange the festival in 2020 and 2021.
So this year is very important because this is the first time Biffes have the accreditation of the International Federation of Film Manufacturers Association and we will hybrid (both online and offline),” said Sunil Pamanik, Chair of Karnataka Chalanchitra Academy.
The delegation registration will begin on February 16 and can be done at Karnataka Chalanchitra Academy, Nandini layout; Information and PR department, infantry road; KFCC, Crescent Road and Suchitra Cinema Academy, Banashankari II Stage.
