Bengaluru: After months of closing because Covid-19 Pandemics, a commercial company in the city will see light on the day when the Bengaluru Civic body allowed them to operate with several riders, including regular testing and staff vaccination.
“Given the decline in the Daily Covid-19 infection in the city, the Government of Karnataka has allowed the operation of most commercial companies, with a condition to comply with all Covid protocols,” said Bengaluru Bengaluru Mahanagara Gupta Gupta commissioner.
In a circle, Gupta said it was very important for shop staff, industry, hotels and restaurants and offices were not infected and after that spread the virus to customers and those who visited places like this.
In this case, Gupta makes testing and vaccination staff mandatory for employers.
The Head of the BBMP said, “The employer must ensure the vaccination of their staff is 100 percent both in the government, the BBMP vaccination center or in private hospitals at employer fees.” He said at least one vaccination dose must be fulfilled by employees on August 31.
Employees must maintain evidence of their vaccination status at their workplace and will produce the same as and when asking.
The Superior Commissioner of the BBMP company said the BBMP Marshals and health officials will be allowed to enter the place during working hours to examine compliance with the effects of September 1.
“Every violation in this case will be responsible for the penalty and can also be punished under section 188 of the Indian criminal code.

Business companies were closed when the second wave crashed into the state in April this year and was exacerbated in May and June.
