There are several examples when players complain “lack of communication” from team management or selection committee for the past three years.
As far as communication concerning, the Board has opened a direct channel with players and team management to avoid confusion.
Things became frozen again after Shubman Gill’s injury after the WTC final, which led to the management of the team in the UK asked for two opening as a substitute.
BCCI and Selectors first decided to oppose sending replacements but finally Prithvi Shaw and Yadav Suryakumar was sent as a cover.
