Bhubaneswar: To make the application and allotment of commercial and housing properties from Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) free, the process will be made soon online.
BDA officials said anyone given the land must make a unique account number on the www.bda.gov.in portal.
BDA will then call the management of the system property rationing management.
Post-ration services include execution of rent.
This process will automatically save time and ensure transparency.
Other services such as transfer of property, NOC for Bank Loasn will also be made online, said Deputy Deputy BDA Sanjay Kumar Singh.
