Ahmedabad: When the Gujarat High Court began Livestreaming from all court processes on Monday, two judges away from making their court processes staying on YouTube.
HC is the first court in this country to make processes that can be accessed by all through livestreaming because the court functions through virtual mode only since the Pandemic Covid-19 last year.
While 26 judges chose to live through the web and streaming Live 21 different stools occurred on Monday, the process at the Judge of the Judge Umesh Trivedi and Justice Ilesh Vora was not durated.
The source said that one of the judges had refused to give approval to convey the court process.
Livestreaming from the court process takes place on benches that are willing to the same thing.
The official person concerned refused to comment on the absence of two benches and said that the department only drained the feed from the court.
The bench, who heard family problems and matrimonial disputes, chose to stop livestreaming from the trial of private matters when they were heard.
After finishing personal things, benches continued Livestreaming.
HC is the first of the Livestream court process in India.
Head of Justice Vikram Nath decided to carry out the Livestream process in his palace and it has occurred since October 26, 2020.
