KOLKATA: Chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday declared to punish 32,000 educators by March,2022.
She stated by Puja this season, 10,500 key instructors for classes I to IV will receive appointment letters, together with 14,000 teachers of upper main degree for classes V to VIII.
Another 7,500 principal teachers will be appointed following the Puja and inside March from the 2021-22 year.
She stated that the instructors that had qualified according to virtue could be granted appointment letters.
“There is not any requirement for everyone to lobby, since the appointment could be merit-based just,” the CM said.
She stated that there had been several issues because of court cases and consequently there was delay in issuing appointment letters.
The Calcutta High Court had previously asked the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to make sure that the deserving applicants aren’t left outside and transparency is preserved in the recruitment procedure.
Many candidates had transferred the HC alleging lack of transparency.
The Teachers Eligibility Test for upper primary schools had been held in August 2015.
The CM also held a meeting skill improvement where officials of labor, technical instruction and MSME sections were present.
The country has put up a committee under the chairmanship of former leader secretary Alapan Bandyopadhyay for skill instruction and positioning and it’ll submit an application in 15 days.
The CM said that the country was gearing up to its large tide of June 26 since there are opportunities that lots of areas could get bombarded as DVC has begun releasing water in the dams.
She explained:”A lot of bodies have been discovered in Malda that came from UP.
We’d cremated them” She stated the Covid position had increased since the disease rate had gone down and it is 4 percent, although during the previous period of surveys it had been nearly 32 percent.
However, she’s worried about all the high disease rate in North 24 Parganas.
She added that 2 crore people are vaccinated.
She explained:”We’re worried about the next wave, thus we must care for the kids.
We’ve improved beds for children.”
