Bengal: Heart, Heart and Kidney Farmers save four lives

Kolkata: A 52-year-old engineer from Shibpur, who has suffered from the failure of the end-stage heart, can now expect to live a healthy living after a transplant operation that lasts late Wednesday night.
Thanks to a 56-year-old farmer from Bagda in North 24 Parganas, donors died, the organ had promised to bring back four of the jaw of death, the other three were an ITI student, a central government employee and a small time trader.
The Mondal Surjakanta family agreed to donate organs on Wednesday after he suffered from the brain death at the IPGMER Trauma Care Center (TCC).

Farmers suffered a big head injury in a traffic accident in his village in November 2.
Initially rushed to a local hospital, he was then called SSKM.
“TCC doctors tried hard to save him.
But when they realized that my father-in-law suffered from brain death, they explained to us saying that if we agreed that he could save some life in death, “said Pradip Sarkar.

Even though the pandemic, Rotto has actively supported and coordinated all hospitals on the contribution and allocation of organs.
