KOLKATA: The state authorities on Wednesday formed a six-member specialist committee to check into the feasibility of conducting Madhyamik and Higher Secondary assessments in the country, considering security problems in the recent Covid situation along with also the fallout of not conducting examinations when students have never been evaluated in the last calendar year.
The committee containing three educationists, two physicians and a child rights advocate is going to need to submit an application from Friday for the state education department to take a call on the matter.
