NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday Requested the West Bengal Authorities, the National Human Rights Commission and the National Commission for Women to React to a PIL Looking for relief and Rehab of lakhs of Individuals Supposedly Homeless by post-poll violence Stated to have been Battered by TMC Fans against BJP Employees.
A seat of Justices Vineet Saran and BR Gavai has been persuaded by urge Pinky Anand to take cognisance of those allegations levelled from the PIL and difficulty notice to the respondents. NHRC, through urge Amit Sharmasaid it had sent 2 groups to investigate to the post-poll violence and could record the accounts from the SC.
