Kolkata: The last date for submission of application forms for undergraduate courses has been extended until August 27 on Friday.
These measures tend to benefit a large number of higher secondary students who have not received a sheet of Mark Plus-II revised.
Most of them have filed a review, hoping to get a higher score which will help them better their chances of securing the seat in subjects like in the college of their choice, especially when the list of achievements of the cut-off will increase from last year.
Because all other dates remain unchanged, the deadline for submission of applications are revised only leave two days to publish the first list of accomplishments.
According to the original schedule, the first achievement list should be published on 31 August.
Although Friday is the deadline for submitting the application form, the authorities in some universities say many students are still waiting for Mark revised sheet, they want to submit to the college Admissions.
