Bengali Actor Srabanti Chatterjee stopped from BJP

Kolkata: actor Bengali Srabanti Chatterjee on Thursday quit the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
The 34-year-old actor has joined the Safron Party ahead of the poll this year.
He was not successfully contested against Parha Chatterjee TMC.
He quoted ‘the lack of initiative and sincerity of the Safron Party to advance the causes of West Bengal’ as a reason to break the relationship with BJP.
Chatterjee has maintained a distance from BJP after failing to penetrate the Mamata Banerjee government from power.
“Entering all relationships with BJP, the party I struggled for the last country.
The reason for the lack of initiative and sincerity for further causes of Bengal,” Chatterjee tweeted.
West Bengal Bengal, however, did not attach importance to Chatterjee’s decision and confirmed that “it will not have an impact on the party”.
“I really don’t know if he’s with a party after the election.
It won’t have an impact on the party,” said Head of State BJP Sukanta Majumdar.
Quling it, the leader of BJP Tathagata Roy, who has trained his weapon at the party top party for the election disaster, called Chatterjee stop at the party “proud”.
Roy has criticized BJP to appoint people without political background, especially those from the entertainment world, and determined them in the assembly election while ignoring loyal and trusted party workers.
“Good riddance.
I don’t remember if he has a meaningful contribution throughout the day,” said former Governor Meghalaya and Tripura.
Chatterjee, who was once close to the head of West Bengal Minister Mamata Banerjee and TMC, joined BJP in March this year.
He was placed in the Behala Paschim seat, where he was defeated by the State Minister of Parta Chatterjee of more than 50,000 votes.
This actor joins a long list of celebrities and leaders who have come out of BJP or maintain a distance from the party after their defeat in the poll.
