Bengaluru: BMW owners won the case against insurance companies

It also directs general insurance companies Tata AIG to pay Rs 25,000 against damage because it causes mental suffering and difficulties and rs 15,000 to litigation costs.
Munireddy approached Bangalore I establishing a district consumer dispute that was looking for compensation when General Insurance Tata AIG, in a letter dated March 18 2020, stated that the accident was manipulated in nature and created for benefits that were not solely under the policy taken on the basis of return Invoice assessment, recorded vehicles that were almost six years old.

Munireddy, in his complaint, stated that he had been to Chitradurga on January 5, 2020 to work.
He said that when he reached the village of Bellaghatta around 9.30 a night suddenly a dog appeared across the street.
To avoid running on the dog with his car, he took the right turn and accidentally lost control and the car got on the road and fell into the pool, he said.
“When the car starts to sink into the water, the electrical component and the car engine goes and the window starts open.
Co-passenger Nagabhushan reddy out of the car with difficulty before sinking, ” the complaint was stated.
