Bengaluru: A civil court and city session have sentenced a 26-year-old man who grabbed the chain and sentenced a seven-year prison sentence.
Every soft treatment for accuses will cause the loss of public trust in the justice system, the court said, while saying the assessment in the case on July 7.
The convicts were Vinod Kumar, a resident of Gubballa on Kanakapura Street.
The case against his colleague Babajan was divided because of his absence in court in the same case.
According to prosecution, Kumar and his colleague approached the RBI layout near Konanakunte at around 28:15 on January 28, 2017.
The duo came on the bicycle and Kumar driver sanitary napkins fell and threatened Deepika’s victims in the knifepoint, grabbed the gold chain weighing 45 grams.
Kumar pushed it on the road, going up to the bicycle and the duo left.
Police Konanakunte took a robbery case and managed to arrest the suspects in two months since violations.
The woman identified the suspects who had taken it.
The advice for the defendant argued that the woman could not identify chain snatchers when they were wearing a helmet when committing a crime.
The woman overthrew that she had identified people accused based on their height and physical.
The prosecution argued that the woman’s chain recovered from the Defendant’s duo.
The court considers this as one of the main evidence.
Courts found Kumar guilty and punished him.
Defense advice prayed for a punishment when he gave him a punishment.
Rajeshwara, the city’s additional city and the 64th kites session, stated in judgment that violations such as chain connection are likely to hurt the law and order situation and surprise the conscience of the community.
Besides being awarded the Republic of Indonesia seven years, Kumar was fined Rs 5,000.
Every failure to pay a fine will result in him having a simple prison sentence for six months.
