Bengaluru: Class IV Boy Challenges the Law of Language Kannada in All Schools

In accordance with the Ministry of Education orders issued based on Kannada Language Learning Regulations, 2017, the Principal of Petition told students that Kannada will be taught as a second language while the third language will continue as the third language of the academic year 2020-2021 for value 1, 2, 3, and 4.
The applicant said the coercion to learn about regional languages ​​as the first or second language that violates the right by article 14, 19 and 21 and places the burden on students.
