A couple of residents have complained from the Smart City government for not demolishing or rectifying the issue with the subway on Millers Road.
“All these subways are a comprehensive waste along with a obstruction, and have to be taken off.
This has to be consumed quickly,” explained Rajkumar Dugar, Creator and Convener of Citizens for Citizens (C4C).
.
Expressing a similar remark, Priya Chetty-Rajagopal, an energetic citizen, stated that she fully understands the Smart City employees may be overworked during covid occasions.
But their inability to contact the neighborhood community, ward committee or perhaps related BBMP branches is a significant concern, ” she explained.
“This contributes to growth of infrastructure which reflects the requirements of the inhabitants nor adds importance to the area and the town,” explained Chetty-Rajagopal.
She added that the trees are trimmed to make way for new constructions throughout the lockdown.
Through the lockdown a great deal of work may have been achieved fast, or shortcuts could have been accepted, which could only cause more difficulties for the taxpayers, she explained.

“We must cover poor preparation.
Approximately two years ago, Palace Road was widened, and so that the Sophia School Skywalk and four underpasses were put up.
They’re all unworthy.
We might do much better when the Smart City would use the taxpayers,” Chetty-Rajagopal stated.
Meanwhile, Prahlad BS, Chief Engineer of the BBMP (Road Infrastructure) along with Smart City, stated that the BBMP Chief Commissioner had asked him to look in the matter.
“I’ve prepared a strategy to assist the pedestrians using the footpath close to the Millers Road Subway entry.
