Bengaluru: The HSR layout police have arrested three people for allegedly attacking a young man and hurt him to follow a fight in the pub located in the HSR III layout sector recently.
The incident occurred between 21:30 and 10:30 on Wednesday in the Pub Resto.
The police registered the case of a criminal assault and intimidation of 20 unknown people based on complaints submitted by the Entrepreneurs of Suryakanth K, a real estate entrepreneur from the layout of Vishwapriya.
The accusation captured was Rajiv, Yuvaraj and Ganesh, who celebrated his friend’s birthday at the pub.
“The injured person and his friend was there for dinner; at the same time, another gang celebrated a birthday party.
Both parties have heated up the argument for ridiculous reasons and then one of them was injured.

Suryakanth in his complaint said that at 10:30 a.m., his friend Antony Nirmal went to the restroom and he also went there five minutes later.

Nirmal rushed to the rescue of his friend but around 20 people gathered and allegedly attacked heaakanth with a bottle of beer.
Meanwhile, Police Commissioner Kamal Pants directed DCP Joshi to ask about the failure of the jurisdiction police because the alleged incident occurred at 10:30 a.m., 30 minutes exceeded the closing deadline.
