Patna: RJD on Sunday to suspend the President of the Bhagalpur District Women’s cell, Nutan Kumari aka Nishu Singh from primary membership for six years, a day after he was arrested on charges of trying to poison her husband.
The police said Nishu, who was named accused of a pine submitted by her husband Vajesh about four years ago, arrested from his residence in the Deepnagar area from the city of Bhagalpur on Saturday and was produced before him to imprisone.
Nishu was previously used to run social organizations to help women, before officially joining RJD two years back.
Her husband Vajesh, who is the grandson of the former Minister of Jageshwar Mandal, has submitted FIR with Jogsar PS (Bhagalpur) on February 22, 2018, accusing him that he tried to kill him by mixing poisons in his food.
Mandal is cooperative, rural development, excise and prohibition in Karpori Cabinet Thakur.
“The police found accusations to level up against Nishu as true.
One of the former SPS also ordered his arrest.
But the former Bhagalpur excavation verbally asked not to arrest Nishu.

Vajesh said a sub-division court had issued an arrest warrant against Nishu.
But the police were reluctant to arrest him.
“He was arrested after Ram Babu joined Bhagalpur sp recently,” Vajesh said.
“Nishu was suspended from the position of President of the Women’s cell district in the direction of the State President of RJD Jagdanand Singh,” said RJD spokesman Mrityunjay Tiwari to Ti on Sunday.
