Ludhiana: To promote sports in Punjab, especially in the countryside inland, Charanjit Minister Singh Channi on Saturday was announced to build a sports field on the Bhaini Sahib sports model at the block and district level.
Repeating its government’s commitment to provide advanced sports infrastructure to the players, the minister’s head said that the sports land of the model would enable players to further in world-class tournaments such as the Olympics and others.
He added that officials would immediately print a blueprint to develop astroturf and the soccer field by consulting with the management of Sri Bhaini Sahib so that the players can practice in a professional way according to world-class standards and ensure that there will be no scarcity of funds for this purpose.
He said the Punjab government worked wholeheartedly to promote sports between youth and day Punjabi not far away when Punjab would lead the country in sending the maximum number of players for prestigious world level sporting events.
Previously, the minister’s chairman was looking for blessings from Satunguru Uday Singh to ensure the development of the holistic punjab and the prosperity of his people.
On his first visit to Shri Bhaini Sahib in the district, Channi was accompanied by the Head of the Sect of the Namdhari Satguru Uday Singh, Head of Punjab Pradesh (PPCC) Head of Hanspal HS, Samrala Mla Amrik Singh Dhillon, Sultanpur Lodhi Mla Navtej Singh Cheema, Mla Gill and Chairperson of Punjab State Warehouse Corporation Kuldeep Singh Vaid examined Astroturf at Shri Bhaini Sahib and said that the Punjab government would replicate the astroturf model and effective and viable reasons throughout this state.
Meanwhile, Satunguru Uday Singh, who is also the Head of the RS 650-Crore Task Force of the Nullah Buddhist Rejuvenation Project, discussed the project with CM.
The minister’s chairman said that whatever he would ask, would be done instantly.
