Jodhpur: The Rajasthan High Court on Tuesday gave a guarantee to the former Mahipal Maderna Minister, who was accused of the famous murder and murder case of Bhanwari Devi.
He has come out on a temporary guarantee on the health page and has moved a new application for permanent guarantees.
Justice Dinesh Mehta praised the guarantees of five other accused, including Amarchand (Bhanwari Devi) Shahabuddin’s husband, Bishnaram Bishnoi, Kailash Jakhar and Baldev also along with Maderna.
With this, all 16 accused of cases have been given guarantees except Indra Bishnoi, who have not moved the guarantee application.
According to the advice for the applicant, the guarantee of the order by the Supreme Court set a precedent for all these guarantees in just a range of a month.
It can be noted that the Apex Court has provided a guarantee to one of the Bishnoi Parasram which was accused of in the field that the trial had long lasted and the defendant had served around 10 years in prison.
Before this, Malkhan Singh Bishnoi had been guaranteed on August 10.
All of these accusations have moved high courts after the court court rejected their guarantee application.
