Jodhpur: Two weeks after the Supreme Court issued a guarantee to the Bishnoi Parasram accused of kidnapping and murder of Bhanwari Devi, the Rajasthan High Court on Tuesday gave relief to six charges.
The same order from the APEX court in the case of Bishnoi became the land for guarantees for the six accused of this.
With this, eight of 17 are accused of in this case, including the reshmaram.
The decision about the guarantee application of one accuses Mahipal Maderna, however, cannot be taken on Tuesday.
He is currently coming out on temporary guarantees for treatment.
He has also transferred Plea guarantees but the court will take it to hear on August 23.
The argument in the Supreme Court by the advice of Parasram Mahesh Jethmalani formed a base from all these guarantees.
It can be noted that Jethmalani argued at the court that the trail had begun after four years of archiving cases and Bishnoi were under the supervision of Judicial since 2012.
He increasingly argued that the evidence associated with him had been resolved by him.
Courts and nothing left on his side, which can prevent it from granting guarantees.
“In the same place, we argue that they have served for 9 years in court detention without instructions on the conclusion of the court of this case,” said one of the advisors to Applicant Sanjay Bishnoi.
Recognizing the argument, justice Dinesh Mehta provided guarantees to all six accused when including the request by Maderna to hear on August 23.
Other accusations currently under supervision include Malkhan Singh Bishnoi and his sister Indra Bishnoi, Bishabung Jakhar, Shahabuddin, Amarchand (husband Bhanwari Devi) and two others.
They also tend to submit a guarantee application in the near future with the consideration by the APEX court followed by a high court that allows bail applications.
