Patna: Bandh Bharat 24 Hours called by farmer agencies and opposition parties aroused a mixed response in various districts in Bihar on Monday.

In Bhojpur, hundreds of bandh supporters led by CPI (ML) Agiyaon MLA Manoj Manzil and CPI (ML) Tarari Mla Sudama Prasad blocked the main road of Ara-Patna near the Ara Bus Stand.
Bandh supporters also blocked the road in Gidha and Koilwar.
Bandh has a little effect in the twin cities of Darbhanga and Laherasaai.
From the morning, left cadres began to gather in local polo land and then in a batch began to move in the city, forcing shopkeepers to lower their leaves.

Activists and Farmer Leaders under the banner of Sangharsa Samanvay Samiti and Sanyucta Kisan Morcha blocked R N Rah Chowk in Purnia for at least four hours from 7am to 11 in the morning.
Farmer leaders affiliated with various political parties are also present.
In Madhepura, the bandh aroused a small response.

RJD activists and CPI gathered at College Chowk before taking procession in the city.
In Nawada, Bandh supporters forced the closure of commercial companies for several hours.
Bandh failed to produce a response in at least 18 district blocks.
