Bharat Bandh: PB is turned off, Traffic Rail & Road Hit

Chandigarh: Accusing the Central Government not listening to them, agricultural groups can uphold almost complete bandh Bharat in Punjab on Monday, by moving paralyzing roads and railroad traffic.
Business companies are closed in almost all cities and cities.

Sanyuk Kisan Morcha (SKM), who pioneered ongoing agricultural agitation, said there were more than 500 locations in Punjab where people gathered to support bandh.

“It is clear that the bored people with (PM Narendra) Modi governments that insist, unreasonable and selfististic protest legitimate demands, and anti-person policies in various sectors,” SKM said, reacting to the response to the bandh.
Almost all opposition parties, trade unions, traders, merchant and transporter associations, student and youth organizations, women’s organizations, taxis and union car bodies, teacher unions and lawyers, journalists, and groups of writers and artists supporting bandh.
There is support from the Indian Diaspora abroad too.
In the area of ​​Punjab Majha, the Amritsar region, Tarn Taran, Gurdaspur, and Pathankot, farmers took to the streets around 5.30 in the morning and barricades placed, tractor trailers and other vehicles to block the road.

Farmers allow the Passport Office of Amritsar to work partially to clean the documentation of passport applicants who have come from distant places.
The agricultural leaders also appealed to people to reach the Singhu Delhi border on September 29 to show solidarity with farmers who were nervous on various borders of Delhi for almost ten months.
Farmer leaders discuss demonstrations in Jandiala, Majitha, Kathunangar, Attari and Ajnala.
In Pathankot, farmers have protested on the Madhopur-Pathankot highway, blocking traffic to Jammu and Kashmir.
Activist Kisan Committee Mazdoor Sangharsh (KMSC) protested in 30 places.
Overcoming farmers, KMSC Secretary General states that they receive full support.
However, many people accuse farmers to harass ordinary people.
“I was stopped going to my store, which meant there was no income for today; how did I run my family’s daily expenses?” Said Balkar Singh, who runs a small bicycle workshop.
“Farmers must find several other ways to attract the attention of the government and should not harass ordinary people,” he said.

RS 1.5 Crore Prtc Lossunjab Road Transport Corporation (PRTC) said he faced loss around Rs 1.5 Crore because Bharat Bandh on Monday.
“We face a loss of daily receipts of Rs 1.5 Crore.
The bus is not ply during the protest by farmers,” said an official.
