Patna: LJP MP from the Head of the Hajipur Party and the newly elected, Pashupati Kumar Paras, has reaffirmed his request to give Bharat Ratna to the former Union Minister and his brother, late Ram Vilas Paswan.
Speaking on the anniversary of Paswan’s birthday at the LJP office on Monday, Paras said the first always focused on lifting down.
“Paswan senior served as an infinite minister under the leadership of six prime ministers.
He was elected with a twice recording margin, who showed his popularity,” he added.
Field further said, “Maintaining the contribution of leaders who have died in mind, I urged PM Narendra Modi to give Bharat Ratna to him.” While responding to the request, the newly chosen LJP President claimed that he had received a call from the Minister of Home Affairs Amit Shah on the occasion of Paswan’s birthday.
Asked about the reason, he replied, “Raz Ko Raz Rahne Dijiye (kept him a secret).” The LJP office near Patna Airport was given decked with colorful lights on that occasion.
Large posters and banners were installed on the road to the party headquarters.
“We have also made arrangements for parties for parties,” Paras said and added that he would not stop his niece Chirg Paswan from coming to the LJP office if he wanted.
