Ahmedabad: Chief Minister Gujarat Vijay Kupani to dedicate the work of the development of urban public welfare and health facilities worth Rs 70 Crore to Metropolis Bhavnagar.
The minister’s chairman will inaugurate Bhavnagar Cancer Care and Research Institute run by Gujarat Cancer Research Institute at Sir Takhtsinhji Hospital in Bhavnagar in front of Deputy Chief of the Minister of Nitin Patel.
Cancer care institutions and this study was established in Bhavnagar so that people from Saurashtra Regency, botad and amreli do not have to travel to Ahmedabad for cancer treatment.
Mou with Gujarat Cancer and Research Institute, Ahmedabad has been carried out by the state government for this purpose.
Bhavnagar Cancer Care and Research Institute, equipped with a sophisticated care machine, has been set at a cost of Rs 32.11 Crore at Sir Takhintsi Hospital in Bhavnagar.
The minister’s chairman will reach Bhavnagar on July 20 around 10 in the morning and will present another development work to the metropolis Bhavnagar including this institution.
Kupani will also dedicate 292 houses built at a cost of Rs 18.88 Crore under Pradhan Mantri Wear Yojana.
He will also submit the key to houses to several beneficiaries.
Under the scheme of ‘Amrut’ in Nari at Bhavnagar Metropolis, Kupani will also dedicate five MLD water treatment plants built at a cost of Rs 5.27 Crore.
He will start the lake construction works at a cost of Rs 2.25 Crore under the beauty of the city in the village of Nari under the Sidah Jayanti Mukhya Mantri Shaheri Vikas Yojana and Construction of Jalan CC at a cost of Rs 10.99 Crore from Dukhi Shyam Father Circle to Adhewada to Bhavnagar City corporation.
