Noida: A 36-year-old Director with Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) Expired after a Toyota Fortuner Dropped to his Bullet Bicycle from behindMeters in a police outpost near Amrapali Sapphire, on Friday.
Authorities stated Prabal Kumar might not happen to be wearing a helmet since they couldn’t locate some areas of the security equipment close to the collision spot.
He had been taken into a private hospital referred to Kailash Hospital in Sector 27 out of there.
He died there of excess blood loss and also a serious head injury.
Kumar, his loved ones said, had abandoned home from Green View flats of Sector 99 to an errand.

An FIR was filed against the unidentified Fortuner motorist under IPC sections 304A (death due to neglect ), 279 (rash driving) and 427 (mischief causing harm ).
Meanwhile, since the Bullet place at the collision place till Saturday day, its battery has been discharged, Prabal’s colleagues declared.
