Bhubaneswar: Police Komisionce on Friday Transfer Inspector-in-Charge (IIC) from the Tamando Police Station and suspended the Secretary of the Association of Bhubaneswar Constables for allegedly allowing the bar to operate outside the expiration period in the Patrapada region.
Duo has been identified as Pramod Pattnik and Prasanna Behera, respectively.
The alleged collusion of their collusion with a bar that was not licensed appeared in front during an investigation into the murder case of Anurag Das, son of Senior Journalist Navin Das.
Manish and some of his friends have attended a party at the bar which was not licensed on the night of October 9 October, Manish’s body was found in the pool, about 2 km from the bar, the next day.
The police said Behera, Secretary of the Association of City Constables, had run the bar in the name of her brother Niranjan even after the license ended on September 30.
Not only the bar is implemented illegally, used to serve liquor in the middle of the night.
