New Delhi: BJP Rajya Sabha Bhupender Yadav Members on Thursday took over the Ministry of Manpower and Employment as Ministers of the Union Cabinet in the middle of the pandemic who had rigorous and informal workers.
In addition, members of Lok Sabha Rameswar Teli took over as a minister of labor and work.
YADAV has replaced the senior BJP leader and eight members of Lok Sabha Santosh Kumar Gangwar who hold charges of the ministry as Minister of State (Independent Load).
When asked about his views on the problems related to labor and work, after he took over, Yadav did not offer comments but said, “I thank you all and today I took over the ministry together with my colleague Rameswar Teli.
” However, Teli told PTI that he would be able to handle labor problems efficiently because he himself was a union worker and understood the fate of the workers.
Teli is Secretary of the Founder of ATTSA (Assam Assam Assam Tea Tribe Association) Duliajan Branch.
The Ministry of Labor grappled with many problems such as the delay in the implementation of four codes skipped by the previous year’s parliament and established a portal for registration of unorganized workers.
There has been an exodus of migrant workers during the pandemic and registration of informal sector workers with the government required to give them assistance in the crisis.
Now, Yadav must handle these challenges in the Ministry in the coming days.
Yadav has long been a person who goes to Top BJP Brass to handle various challenges and problems, ranging from assembly polls and organizational problems in important countries to direct party views in a number of parliamentary committees.
The entry in the Modi government as the Cabinet Minister is seen as a fair prize after serving as a carrier of the party office for the long term among all current occupants.
Rajya Sabya MP which is 52 years old enjoys the image of a conscious and non-controversial politician who defendly handles the problem without attracting negative attention, a trait that has known him well with various party presidents from Nitin Gadkari for Amit Shah and JP Nadda.
Yadav is considered a trusted Secretary General Shah, when he is the president of the party, and has been responsible for BJP affairs at Bihar and Gujarat, the country of origin of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Shah.
He also became part of the party’s brain to strategially compile for important state assemblies and often dubbed “Man committee”, because he had led around eight certain committees and managed to persuade all parties in building consensus on many contract bills.
From compiling resolutions at the main party meeting to form their standards on legal challenges and present their views before the Election Commission, Yadav has always been a leader in thickness.
This includes GST bills, mine and mineral bills and enemy property bills.
The Secretary General of BJP is also the Chair of the Joint Committee on Bankruptcy and Bankruptcy Codes, 2015.
Originally from Rajasthan and lawyers with professions, YADAV has been linked to Akhil Bharatiya Adhivaka Parishad, the body of a lawyer affiliated with RSS, and rises from the ranks.
Before starting his political career, he was an advocate at the Supreme Court and also served as a government advisor to an important commission.
