New Delhi: New Environment Minister, Bhupender Yadav, on Thursday took over his ministry in the midst of a challenge to be sent in several fronts – whether it took steps to reduce strict air pollution in cities, attacking the balance between development needs and protection Environment, and ensure a goal under different global commitments to biodiversity and climate change.
