The administration of US President Joe Biden has overthrew the rules by the Trump administration that must set a fixed period of entry and extension procedure for non-immigrant academic students, foreign media representatives.
In what good news for Indian students studying in America, the Security Department of the US Homeland (DHS), earlier this week, withdrew the rules announced on September 20, proposed to regulate the stay for F & J (students) and my particular (international media ) Non-immigrant category.

After reviewing public comments received in response to a fixed time visa proposal and remembering the executive orders of the President, DHS has attracted a proposal on a fixed time visa for international students and media representatives on Visa F, J and I and I.
