WASHINGTON: US President Joe Biden said on Wednesday the Center for Disease Control tends to suggest that children who have not been vaccinated against Covid-19 must wear masks when they return from summer vacations to school.
“CDC will say that what you have to do is everyone under the age of 12 years may have to wear a mask at school.
That might be what will happen,” said Biden in a city hall in Cincinnati, Ohio, in response to a question about salvation School of parents who care.
Children over 12 years of vaccinated “should not use a mask,” said Biden to a fully vaccinated crowd, but those who should not.
“It will be strict in terms of whether my mother or father is honest that Johnny does or is not vaccinated,” Biden said.
Biden’s statement came as a Covid-19 case climbing in several states because vaccination efforts had stopped in the midst of skepticism and disinformation.

Until now, some have adopted more stringent requirements while others do not have it at all.
