Washington: President Joe Biden said on Tuesday that Americans “still need to do better” in Covid-19 vaccination, when the US health authority tightened the mask guidelines for the part of the country where the infection surged once more.
In a statement after moving by disease control centers to require vaccinated to cover indoors in high-risk areas, Bidem said he would put new steps on Thursday to overcome the lag in vaccination.
In a separate address to the US intelligence community, when asked about the possibility of a vaccine mandate for US federal workers, Biden answered: “It is being considered now.”
