WASHINGTON: President Joe Biden and Chinese Partner XI Jinping will hold a Virtual Summit who is very awaited on Monday night because both parties look back on tension after a rough start to the United States-China since Biden served earlier this year.

White House officials said that there was no big announcement that was expected to come from the meeting.

The National Security Adviser of the White House Jake Sullivan and the Senior Chinese Foreign Policy Advisor Jiechi reached an agreement to hold Biden-XI virtual summit at the end of the year when they met last month for talks in Zurich but both parties had not yet settled.
The virtual meeting was proposed after Biden, who spent a lot of time with XI when both of them were vice presidents, mentioned during September telephone calls with Chinese leaders that he wanted to be able to see XI again, according to White.
Home.
Xi has not left China during the Coronavirus pandemic.
White House officials proposed a virtual Summit instead of the best substitutes for both leaders to have substantive conversations on a number of problems that have placed strains on US-Chinese relations.

Tensions have also been exacerbated recently by dozens of dozens of Chinese military military near Taiwan Island, which is our own ruled, which Beijing considers part of its territory.
The White House suggested that Biden will increase his concern on many problems during Monday’s meeting.
“There will be various topics to be discussed and the President certainly will not hold the area where he is worried,” said PSAKI.
Biden, in the group of 20 meetings in Rome and again at the UN climate meeting, criticized XI for failing to show off the Summit, where world leaders discussed the road to the public to the pandemic and steps to alleviate the effects of climate change.
“I think it’s a big mistake, frankly, for China …
doesn’t appear,” said Biden in Glasgow.
“The rest of the world will look at China and say, what added value did they give?” The two leaders participated in the Virtual Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), where leaders discussed efforts to end the Covid-19 pandemic and support the global economic recovery.
