New Delhi: Opposition Leader in Delhi Assembly Ramvir Singh Bidhuri has demanded amendments to the Master 2041 plan to include 150 colonies from zones.
In a meeting with the Delhi Development Authority Deputy Chairman of Anurag Jain on Tuesday, Bidhuri demanded that these colonies have to be shifted from the O zone and must be included in the F zone so that people who live in 150 colonies can obtain ownership rights in the long term.
“After being included in this F colony zone will also get all civil facilities and layout plans can only be formulated for these colonies after being removed from O zones which will ensure through a housing plan,” said Biduri in a statement.
He added that this would check unauthorized construction and overcome corruption problems.
BJP leaders also demand that the in-situ rehabilitation scheme must also be applied quickly and the vendors must also be given land suitable for their rehabilitation.
Bidhuri demanded that 2020 must be repaired as a deadline for the regularization of ‘Lal Dora’ and until that period all construction must be arranged.
“Dda should not build a shopping center, cut individual plots from such land and vice versa must be used for the greatest interest of the masses,” Bidhuri’s demands.
