Big fire broke out in the factory in Panipat

Chandigarh: A big fire broke out in a factory in Panipat Haryana on Friday, the fire department said.
No one was injured in the fire, they said.
Thirteen fire tenders were pressed into the service to control the flames that raged more than 10 hours.
A firefighting official said that as a factory, which produces carpets and bath mats, is located near the residential area, people who live nearby are transferred from their place as precautions.
The factory is located in Jatal Road.
“Nothing was injured in the fire incident,” said Panipat Yadwinder Sharminder Station firmly by telephone.
The cause of the fire is not immediately known, he added.
Loss of goods and property will be estimated after the fire is fully controlled, officials said.
Police are equipped with areas and senior officials present at the location to monitor the situation.
BJP MLA from Panipat Pramod VIJ also visited the site.
