Patna: A total of 1,142 candidates have cleared a combined major (written) competitive examination carried out by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), the results were announced on Wednesday.
The candidates, who write the exam, can examine the results on the official website, bpsc.bih.nic.in.
Interviews of successful candidates will be held in the last week of July.
Amrendra Kumar, Secretary-Cum examination controller with BPSC, said 423 empty posts in 14 departments will be filled through the exam.
The BPSC exam is carried out from 25 to 28 November last year.
