PATNA: Authorities have arrested two youths — Pawan Kumar (22) and Shoaib Ansari (24) — on charges of both minor cousins in a village beneath the Kuchaikot police station place at Gopalganj district. Authorities said Pawan tried to commit suicide by slitting his throat following arrest. Both episodes had stayed under cover before authorities started investigation by themselves. Among those sufferers, a 16-year-old woman who’d committed suicide by hanging himself in her home on May 18. According to authorities, she had been raped by both detained on May 16. “Both accused had made a movie clip of this rape and circulated it one of the woman’s relatives, even forcing the latter to commit suicide,” the authorities said. Authorities said relatives of the woman cremated her body in an rush stressing social stigma. “The Lady of their very first sufferer had lodged an FIR with police May 22 from Pawan along with Shoaib, alleging they had raped her cousin and sister, captured video of this action and circulated exactly the same,” Gopalganj SP Anand Kumar explained.
