Patna: Ghoghardiha Police Station Sho Gopal Krishna and Sub-Inspector (SI) Abhimanyu Sharma was arrested on Thursday night to attack ADJ-1 Avinash Kumar in his room in the Jhanjharpur sub-division field in the Madhubani district in the afternoon.
However, both were accepted at Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) for care because they had been contacted by lawyers and court staff after a physical attack next to ADJ.
The source said the police tried to file a petition before the Jhanjharpur court on Friday that the two SIS accused could not be produced before being arrested because they were undergoing treatment.
Sources, however, said the court received a copy of the FIR against SIS accused but refused to receive a petition for the inability to produce it.
ADJ has filed firmly against the Duo with the Jhanjharpur police station after the incident.
Meanwhile, the two sis recorded their statements before the police at Darbhanga Hospital on Friday and accused the judicial officer and several other people in his room were misused, humiliated and even struggled them first.
All senior police officers avoid saying anything about this problem.
They did not even officially clarified that whether the two police officers had been arrested or not.
Toi tried to the official statement of ADG (headquarters) Jitendra Singh Gangwar about this problem, but he cut off the call.
Darbhanga Range Ig Ajitabh Kumar, who was in Madhubani on the second day in a row, only the police who followed all legal procedures based on FIR registered by judicial officers.
“The two sis was undergoing treatment at DMCH because of their injury received from struggling.
DM and SP will send a report about the incident on Thursday to the Senior Authority immediately,” IG added.
A senior police officer from Madhubani said the two sis could not be produced before the court on Friday when they were taken to the hospital after falling sick on Thursday night.
Meanwhile, the Secretary of the Judicial Service Association of Bihar Ajit Kumar Singh strongly condemned the incident.
“I didn’t have many things to say when the Patna High Court had taken Suo Motu’s awareness for the incident.
I believe this problem will be brought to its logical conclusion with a reducer of all complaints,” he said.
