Patna: Three people were killed and the other two were seriously injured in Paliganj on Monday night when a SUV, who was on his way from Patna to Arwal, collided with the road divider and fell into the canyon.
The accident occurred at the NH-139 near Rani Talab under the area of the same police station.
The deceased was identified as Nitish Kumar (32) and Kanhaiya Prasad (34), both Kukri, and Durgesh Kumar (38) from Alampur.
The Cedor, Vikash Kumar and Deepu Kumar, was referred to Patna Medical College and Hospital.
Police Station Sho of Rani Talab, Vimless Kumar, said postmortem from the deceased was carried out at Paliganj Hospital.
“The collision was very severe that the car was completely destroyed.
When the locals heard a loud voice, they told the police,” he told this newspaper.
Meanwhile, the three criminals were transmitted by a bicycle allegedly robbed a grocery store, Bines Choudhary, amounting to Rs 15 Lakh and escaped from the scene in the Supaul District on Monday.
The incident occurred around 10 in the morning near Ganpatanj High School in Raghopur because Choudhary would deposit cash at the Indian central bank.
After chasing a man on his motorcycle, the criminals took his bag with gunns.
Then, SDPO (NIRMALI) Pankaj Kumar and Inspector K Singh arrived at the place to investigate the incident.
Saurabh Kumar, Choudhary’s son, filed a complaint against an unknown criminal.
Raghopur Sho Bhupendra Singh stated that the police were investigating the incident and examining CCTV footage from the scene.
