BANKA: The special investigation team (SIT) on Thursday detained four men in relation to the Madrassa burst at Noori Islampur mosque at Navtolia area in the district on June 8.
Police sources said the arrests were created following producing meticulous investigations and cross-examinations of many suspects and documenting the announcements of local people and a few eyewitnesses within the previous ten days.
Those detained include secretary of this madrassa-cum-mosque coordinating committee Farukh Ansari and associates of their committee Md Idrish Ansari, Md Ahmed Ansari and also Md Kuddush.
Resources stated Idrsih,” Ahmed and Kuddush were allegedly detained in crime events, such as bombing instances in the region before.
The SIT also captured the car that has been used for carrying out the grievously injured imam, Maulana Abdul Momin Ansariand following the explosion.
The imam afterwards expired.
The SIT also discovered two kids, who had been hurt from the explosion.
Banka SP Arvind Kumar Gupta explained the four men were detained from the hideouts of these suspects.
“We failed scientific investigations, recovered the telephone information of suspects and cross-examined different individuals in the localities, such as the members of this madrassa committee” He added:”We’re currently focusing on the resources from where the boats and explosives were secured and for all those reasons it had been concealed from the madrassa The operator and the driver of the car are also being quizzed.
The forensic science lab (FSL) is to publish its final report.
The FSL has been requested to explore the captured vehicle.” A large bomb explosion had happened in the Noori Islampur madrassa construction at Navtolia neighborhood beneath Banka Sadar PS approximately 8am on June 8.
Important portion of the building had collapsed and turned to rubble from the explosion although the Imam’s body has been recovered by the outskirts of their village later in the day daily.
The Banka authorities had registered an FIR against unidentified persons in relation to the bomb burst.
SIT, Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) in Patna, country intellect, FSL, dog team and many others are exploring the situation.
